PITTSBURGH--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- PPG (NYSE:PPG) was recently named body raw materials quality supplier of the year for 2015 by FCA US LLC during the sixth annual Qualitas awards ceremony in Detroit. The awards recognize top-performing suppliers that have shown extraordinary commitment to quality, innovation, continuous improvement and the automaker’s Foundational Principles.

PPG provides automotive coatings and services to FCA US, including all five layers of vehicle paint coatings (pretreatment, electrocoat, primer, basecoats and clearcoats) and related services in the automaker’s paint shops.
